Painter Sourcing
Scope Painting | Planned. Delivered. Protected.
Find Painters For The Work You Need Done
Whether you need extra painting capacity or contractors to quote, Scope can handle the search against a clear project brief.
Find Painters For My ProjectWho This Is For
Painting businesses needing subcontractors or crews, and builders, property managers or owners seeking painting contractors.
What Scope Does
- Define the project, location, timing and type of painting team required.
- Seek suitable candidates and check their interest and availability.
- Review relevant experience and the agreed credential evidence.
- Present a shortlist, evidence notes and unresolved questions for your decision.
How It Works
- Choose crew sourcing for an awarded job or contractor sourcing for quotes.
- We agree the search scope, fee, target shortlist and delivery date.
- Review the candidates and approve who you want to engage or invite to quote.
Fees And Service Scope
We confirm the scope, fee, required information and timing before you commit. Additional work is agreed separately.
For a defined search, we aim to identify at least three suitable, willing candidates. Availability and quote responses are not guaranteed. If the target cannot be met, we report the gap and follow the agreed shortfall process. You approve selection and contract with the chosen painter unless separately agreed.
Does Sourcing Include Managing The Painters?
Sourcing provides the agreed shortlist and handover. Scheduling and ongoing coordination are separate services; your on-site management responsibilities are agreed explicitly.
